Dear Sir: I enjoyed so much the point made by "Candorville" this week that the "illegal Mexicans"' ancestors were on this continent eons before the first Europeans, Africans, or Asians. Five hundred years ago there were no borders on this side of the Atlantic. Even 160 years ago, the borders were several hundred miles further north.
So what right do we have to tell folks (native Americans) who perform extremely important chores that no one else want to do (car wash, wash dishes and clear tables in restaurants, maintain lawns, carry luggage at airports etc. etc. to go back to Mexico. Why don't the rest of us go back to Europe, Africa and Europe?
